I was given two spins and it said I won an Elite controller and the second spin was 50,000 reward points. I received the points almost immediately and was asked to watch my email for info about the controller. I haven't received any emails since. If you
need anything else from me please let me know.

it said i won 50,000 credits worth £40. but when i go to my rewards page it says there is nothing pending why is this?. i have screenshot of when i won so i got proof. or does it take time to update on my page?. If and when the credits get redeem, how do
i spend the 50,000 rewards

Hello Jeks1987,

Have you tried checking the junkmail of the email you put into the registration form? We have had reports of some of these emails being accidentally put into some user's junkmail folders.

I have checked and didn't find anything. Is there anyway you could resend the email if it is not too late?
