I won 50,000 points on the roulette and I was wondering when will I be able to have the points available to be deposited in to my microsoft account.

it said i won 50,000 credits worth £40. but when i go to my rewards page it says there is nothing pending why is this?. i have screenshot of when i won so i got proof. or does it take time to update on my page?. If and when the credits get redeem, how do
i spend the 50,000 rewards

 

The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the end of the offer.

 

I won the points Friday 21ST July 2017 in the am UK time

From the FAQ for that offer:

How will I know I’m a winner, and when will I get my prize?

If the roulette ball stops on the color you placed your bet on and the game tells you that you have won a prize, you'll receive notification via email. Digital prizes will be emailed to the email you provided during registration. If you’ve won a physical
prize, your prize will be shipped to the address provided during registration. All prizes should arrive within eight to ten weeks of the date the contest concludes.

If you win 50,000 Rewards Credits (ARV: $50), they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours of the offer end date.

Since the offer ends at the end of the month, you should see the Credits appear over the next few days.
