about a month a go I spent 800 VIP points on the vault but never got codes check my emails not there what I do ?

VIP Rewards will take longer as the VIP Rewards over March will appear 15th of April.

Just to let you know an Xbox Live Rewards Topics/Post should be posted in

Xbox Rewards Support section of Forums. When you have VIP it means you have been selected as a VIP and now have unlocked a VIP Exclusive and it's shown under VIP Rewards on the My Reward Page.

Our win team has re-sent your Vault prize emails. You may also wish to check your junk mail folder, as we have had reports of users email's being automatically filtered there.

 

I did U resent me one from 2 days a go not the ones from dec that I am missing it was 2 fallout boxes two warframe platium and froze driver outfit ? That worth 800 vip

Thanks for the additional info. We are reaching out to our web team for assistance. To summarize your issue:

1) You have not received five vault prizes that you redeemed on December 18th. This was two Fallout Lunchbox prizes, two Warframe platinum prizes, and a Forza Driver Outfit.

2) You have successfully received your more recent vault prize you redeemed on January 2nd. When we resent your emails, this is the only prize that was resent.

Is this accurate? In particular for the second piece, can you confirm that only one prize was resent?

Our web team reports that for your five vault prizes in December, you input the wrong email address for all five prizes. Since we can only send prizes to the registered email address, our prize fulfillment team will be reaching out to you via private message
to send you your code tokens. For future reference, we only send vault prizes to the email address provided, so please be sure to put in the correct email address. Private messages can be found in your messages page, which can be found by clicking your gamertag
