VIP Rewards Winner

I was told I won the 50,000 credits on July 21st. It is now august 1st and I have yet to see the credit on my Microsoft account. Im impatiently waiting so I can buy a new game and its killing me. Wonderong if there were technical difficulties?

The credits should show as pending about 96 hours after the end of the offer. Since the offer ended on July 31, it should still be a couple of days before you see the credits pending.

The Credits are currently pending in your Rewards Account. Keep in mind that pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending
on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Therefore, your Credits which were placed as pending around the end of last month will be a part of the mid-month deposit. For reference, pending Credits can be seen
on the MyRewards page.

Also, in case you were unaware, our program only performs deposits around the middle and end of the month.
