VIP rewards not applied to account>>>> help!!! :-)

Hi, i believe (confirmed my Microsoft support - please see Service Request number Ref: 1377781636 ) that i should have been awarded more groovy stuff for being awesome, like Stars on my VIP status etc.

Could you please sort out what is owed to me in terms of Stars etc, plus reimbursement due to percentage saving etc if long over due for purchases made since then. (a pain i know, sorry)

That would make me a happy gamer!

Xbox Live Rewards Credits Not Being Credited To My Account

Hello support team. I would like to say that I love the rewards program, however I did make some purchases earlier this month which did increase my VIP percentage towards reaching VIP 3. I am so close! Yet after seeing this increase in my percentage to reach
the next level of VIP status, I did notice that my rewards credits total were not applied to my account for some reason. I was hoping that you could please investigate this issue for me to ensure I do receive my appropriate credits please.

MY Rewards didn't deposit in my account

vip credits did go on my rewards but didn't get a deposit to my microsoft account for xbox one plz help.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. Star levels are based on how much you spend in the marketplace each year. You can see how much you need to spend for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

VIP Rewards will take longer as the VIP Rewards over March will appear 15th of April.

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.
