VIP rewards expired

I received a code for 3 month game pass on the 1st of June, when I claimed my rewards for my VIP gems, but when I go to redeem the code it tells me it's expired. The one month code that I received works fine. Thanks

Have I got gold level rewards

Hi Support,

Every time I log into rewards and look at my VIP Star Rank I am getting the following message - Don't lose your Gold VIP status! Renew today to keep getting 8% back in the Xbox Store.

I had renewed for 3 months before my Gold expired earlier this month and have since renewed for another year taking me to September 2018.

Can you confirm that I am still getting double 8% rewards.
