    VIP Rewards Credits Incorrect


    Hello, I bought 2 items in May, one for $2.49 and another for $3.74. According to your FAQ, if purchases are less than $10 they will be rolled over to the next month. In June I bought 2 more items, one for $6 and another for $30. When my June statement came
    out it said that I received 1800 points, which would only be based of the $30 purchase at my 3 star level of 6%. Taking into account both my May and June purchases, I should have gotten 2534 points. Any help you could provide to correct this problem would
    be appreciated, thanks.

    As i mention before the reward that were added were incorrect there suppose to be at least higher than 10,00 credits as i demand credit to fill the gap due to it VIP prizes couldn't be redeemed . So what offer reward credits can you offer. As the reward
    credit do not match or get right. I want amount of credit can you add right now?

  3. I didn't get any Credits

    I build up my VIP and did what it says and it doesn't look right. I didn't got any credits or any VIP stars. What i done to build my credit and VIP wasn't reconsidered and therefore wasn't updates for a while and so based on what i checked Xbox live reward
    should give me 5 VIP stars and reward credits based on the VIP stars and a lot of reward credits you forgot to apply. At least 250,000 reward credits must be added for Reward team update i

    A staff member will have to review your account and they will reply to you here. Keep in mind they work Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and do not work on weekends.

    Also, keep in mind that they do pay in increments of $10. So while it sounds like your amount is off, your June payment would be based on $40, not $42.23. So $2.23 would carry over to July. No matter, just a small note. The staff will still reply to you
    on Monday or Tuesday.

    Your $6 purchase in June went towards the Rewards Hunters offer. Purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP. From our FAQ:

    Incorrect Vip rewards and Rewards Credits Given

    Hello KGawthorpe2k14,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
    https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/
    .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of
    the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you were a zero star member, you did not
    get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (https://rewards.xbox.com/myrewards/). Regarding your Credits for your February purchases, when you earned your first
    star, from our FAQ:

    When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

    The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
    terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
    MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

    We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

    We have yearly resets for MyVIP. The previous resets occurred on September 2014 and 2015. The current reset is scheduled to occur in December. When we reset MyVIP, we look at your eligible spending over the course of the year and place you into a rank according
    to this spend. We then reset the total spending amount on your account. This is why your last MyVIP payback was in July 2015.

    There are still many reward credit not converted for. So you made a mistake rewards8. I request 50,000 reward credit to make up for those credits not converted and for VIP errors.
