VIP Refund

I am VIP rank 1 and get 2% refund.

Unfortunately, I don't know when and how to get back the two percent per purchase. Since I am VIP rank 1 I have continued to buy games digitally but I can not see where they are refunded to me.

Can you help me how I finally get two percent per purchase back from the purchase Price.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. We see that aside from your Sims 4 pre-order, these purchases were all a part of your MyVIP payback for November (none of the purchases you describe
were from October), and are currently pending in your account.

Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. So since it's the weekend they haven't been around. They will respond to your thread during the week.

Keep in mind that if any purchases count towards another offer on the site at the time, it will not count towards your rebate. Also preorders do not count.

 

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. If you check your statement on the MyRewards section of the site, any rebates would be listed for the last days of the months they are for.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for your % back on purchases with
your MyVIP Star Rank.



Since your purchases have gone towards the past monthly offers such as Dr Rewards and You Compete Me, they did not also award payback. For your non-offer, MyVIP eligible purchases, from the FAQ:

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated the month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.
