VIP redeem

    I redeemed my VIP rewards for $10 in reward bucks instead I was sent 1000 gigantic gems. Can this be fixed? I didn’t use the code that was provided.

    VIP GEMS OUT OF STOCK

    Im trying to redeem my VIP gems before they expire at the end of the month but for some reason everything is out of stock and I cant redeem my vip gems before they expire which is kinda shady seeing how you guys know the program is ending yet fail to put
    anything in stock for those that wanna redeem before they are no longer able too
