VIP Rebate request

I'd like to request a deposit of the outstanding 2% VIP rebate i have earned. Between 25/06/2015 & 30/08/2015 i've spent a total of £172.58 and if my calculations are correct , 2% of that works out as roughly £3.51. So, could this be deposited asap please?

No MyVIP awarded for October.

Support explained in your original thread that you did not spend enough on eligible content in order to receive a VIP rebate for October. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. Also, any purchases that count towards other
offers on the site at the time, will not count towards your rebate. Preorders were only eligible for VIP rebates in September as part of a special offer.

Missing Reward Credits

Support will double check but keep in mind that the double points is only eligible for VIP rebates. If you have been getting the extra credits, your VIP rebates will be listed with (gold) next to them in your statement.

As I told you in your other thread,the rebate is automatically added to your total rewards each month.

You get 2% more rewards than someone who doesn't have vip status,it's not done separate.

If you want to request a deposit you need to sign in to your rewards

As I told you in your other thread,the rebate is automatically added to your total rewards each month.

In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, those are calculated after the
end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month (there is currently a delay with April's rebate). Once credits are pending, they remain pending until you have at least 5,000 pending and then they are automatically deposited into your account for use
by the following 15th or 30th of the month. Or if you have at least 1,000 credits pending (but less than 5,000) you can request a deposit and they will be deposited on the date listed on the site at the time that you make the request.
