VIP Rebate on purchases query

I would like to find out about the 2% rebate on purchases i can get for being a vip. How much have i earned so far and how do i claim it? My GT is and i'm on the xbox 360.

No MyVIP awarded for October.

Support explained in your original thread that you did not spend enough on eligible content in order to receive a VIP rebate for October. Subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP. Also, any purchases that count towards other
offers on the site at the time, will not count towards your rebate. Preorders were only eligible for VIP rebates in September as part of a special offer.

Rewards for Games with Gold ?

In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time of purchase or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. There have not been any offers that game would be eligible
for recently. If you're eligible for VIP rebates, it would be part of your rebate.

I checked the site and all it says is that the more stars I get, the bigger the rebate, every pound I spend counts towards it. I can get 2% as I have 1 star and am a gold member. There is no information on how I check the total rebate I've earned so far
and how I can claim it. How do I find this out?

The rebate is added automatically to your total rewards each month.

Not sure you can check how much you've earnt so far but i'll check later.

month. If you are eligible for VIP rebates, your Fallout purchase would be included with your rebate which will be calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. Preorders and in-game consumables are not eligible for VIP.
