VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct.

Discus and support VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct. in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; Hi, I did not receive my rebate credits of September.     VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct.


    Hi,

    I did not receive my rebate credits of September. Normally credits are given before the 15th of the next month, but I didn't get anything. Moreover, my VIP percentage is fluctuating all the time. Last week my percentage was 83%, then 90% and now back to
    80%. I think it should be 90% of my way to the 4th VIP star since I keep record of my payments and I spent 1080 dollars on game content.

    Can someone help me?

    No Change to VIP or Pending Credits After Purchase

    Preorders don't count towards VIP at all, percentage or rebate.

    VIP rebate credits + VIP percentage not correct.

    Due to some tracking issues, September rebates have been delayed. You should get it by the end of the month. The tracking issues are also what's causing issues with VIP percentages so support is working on that also.

    As Smwutches says, there is currently an issue with MyVIP that we are in the process of resolving. We hope to have a hotfix for the issue deployed soon. Due to this issue, we have delayed September payback to the end of the month to ensure that users are
    Rewarded at the appropriate Star level. Apologies for the inconvenience, and for the confusion that this has caused.

    That's what VIP rebates are.

    Are you looking for credits from a specific offer or just VIP rebates? VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month, so it would be too soon to see credits pending for October purchases.
