VIP Rating

Hello CHADSTAR,

There is currently an issue MyVIP that is causing some users to see a decrease in progress. We have identified the issue, and are working on deploying a hotfix shortly. Apologies for the confusion. This hotfix should be fully deployed by the end of the month
at the very latest.

I'm having the same problem; all of a sudden my VIP rank went from 66% of the way to 5 stars as a 4-star, to 91% of the way to 4 stars as a 3-star.

The points in the match do not change but after the match where it shows your xp, the game doubles the rate of xp you are supposed to get.

For example lets say you win and get 4000 points at the end of the match in the regular playlist. Your points will be mulitpied by the rate of the game type your in. So lets say its FFA and the rate is 1.0. You multiply the rate by the score to get you xp
which in this case is 4000 xp.

In VIP playlist the rate should be doubled to it would be 2.0 in FFA. At the end you would have 8000 xp.

These are not the actual rates of the playlist. Its just to show how it works. It doesn't say like 2x on the post game stat screen which does make it seem like its not working.

If you still have doubts compare your xp gained from a regular match to a VIP. I was confused at first too but I fount out I got way more xp when I played overrun VIP than regular.

Apologies for the confusion. There was an error that arose with our daily maintenance that caused a file to fail. This caused users to briefly see what appeared as no account at all. We have hotfixed this issue, and you should now be seeing account information
that is accurate up to yesterday morning. We are currently working on getting this information up to date to this morning. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Regarding your February payback which was deposited on the 8th, it may be lower than you were expecting due to the fact that purchases that go towards offers do not also go towards MyVIP payback. Therefore, your purchases that went towards Rewards Actually
did not also award payback. We see that you were awarded payback for your non-offer eligible purchases in February.

What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. However,
the purchase or redemption of pre-order games, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, do not qualify.

Your purchase of The Division Season Pass was made before your registration (June 8th purchase, July 7th registration) and would therefore not be eligible for Rewards. We can only Reward purchases made within the program. Similarly, many of the other purchases
you name were also made before your registration.
