VIP Rank Calculation rules

To Xbox Live Reward Team

My reward VIP rank 5 to August,it was 5 until September.

Rank after last week to confirm it had been to 4 and next percentage 80%

Rank after a little while ago to confirm it had been to 4 and next percentage 43%

It is to re-calculation in September I knew, but it's why to change even after September?

I want you to tell me because the rule of the calculation do not know.

Rewards VIP Rank reset to 1?

Hi there,

I was midway through VIP Rank 3 (Rank 3 with 50% to Rank 4). Start of the new year my status reset all the way to Level 1. My understanding of the rules was tha tit was to reset to Level 3, NOT all the way back to level 1?

Can someone look into this for me and advise?

Didn't get my VIP rewards

I didn't get my VIP rewards for my purchases in August and I don't see my September rewards calculation on my rewards page...please help

There have been a number of calculations issues through September and into October. A staff member will have to review your account directly, but that is likely what the issue is. Unfortunately the old posts are gone, but ranks will not reset until December
31st, 2016 now.

The staff should be able to review and respond to you in this thread within 1-2 business days.

You would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to verify your purchases. VIP ranks reset each year and we're reset on January 1, so your purchases may not have been made in time to be calculated into your previous progress.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month.

There were no specific offers for it, but it would be part of your VIP rebate which hasn't been calculated yet.
