VIP POINTS - XBOX REWARDS

Discus and support VIP POINTS - XBOX REWARDS in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; On 5/22 I claimed 770 VIP points for the Xbox reward program.     VIP POINTS - XBOX REWARDS


    On 5/22 I claimed 770 VIP points for the Xbox reward program. They still say "claimed" when will they be deposited? I'm trying to redeem all my points for a reward in the VIP VAULT before the program ends. I contacted Xbox support and they said I can
    only get help here.

    my vip gems and rewrd credits

    my xbox reward points and my vip gems have ( according to the xbox support person ) been lost in the migration to microsoft rewards. i had about 1750 my vip gems and reward points. can you look into this please

    Thy would have been added to your gem total at the time that you claimed them.

    Hello ReVengeancy,

    All those Gems have been deposited and are part of your Gem total on the Vault page. Since Perks must be claimed manually from the Rewards page, they are labeled as "Claimed" and not "deposited", since the process was not automatic.

    I'm sorry that I'm so stupid asking but I looked it up again today and my VIP ring is larger. This means that is entered into the reservation with Xbox and consequently, the VIP ring has grown me. Got but still no rewards points.
