VIP Point claimed but not deposited

i have VIP-Gems that are considered claimed as of 3/8/2018 but there not deposited do they get deposited. do they get deposited on a certain day ot something? also do VIP-gems ever expire?

Thanks thats my only questions for now.

if you able to email my gamer tag email with an answer that would be cool thanks.

VIP POINTS - XBOX REWARDS

On 5/22 I claimed 770 VIP points for the Xbox reward program. They still say "claimed" when will they be deposited? I'm trying to redeem all my points for a reward in the VIP VAULT before the program ends. I contacted Xbox support and they said I can
only get help here.

No credits or gems

I have not had my Jan or Feb points for this year deposited to my account despite me choosing the early deposit option I also noticed that some of my gems have not been deposited instead they say claimed

Gems don't get deposited. They accumulate until you use them to buy something in the vault. Gems do not expire.

So they would be scheduled for deposit at the end of the month since you got them after the 1st.

There was also no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month was scheduled for the 9th.

That scheduled for the 9th did not work I had 250 points when I click we on early deposit but still not deposit now I have to wait until 31st for the points part of me is glad rewards are going it's been down since you started wiping out VIP ranks, now it
gets replaced with rubbish ms rewards which most rewards are not for xbox gamers

Points rewarded in the 15-30th of the month will be deposited on the 15th of the next month. So, your points should be deposited on December 15th! This information can be found in the FAQ section of the Rewards website.

Actually to clarify the 50000 points were from the Xbox one S offer not the "my vip star rank". And I don't believe the "billing cycle" rule applys to the "my missions" rewards points.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We just calculated last month's MyVIP, so it was too early to see the Credits pending.

I got the same problem then I noticed I was in the US store, changed to GB and was able to get 2x10,000 and 2x5,000 points for 1500 VIP points...only took me 6 weeks to be able to claim, so I pounced and got 'em
