Discus and support vip perks/gems in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; hi im a rewards member and i never got an email about it starting the vip perk/gem stuff and i just checked my rewards and saw it and i had 950 gems...     hi im a rewards member and i never got an email about it starting the vip perk/gem stuff and i just checked my rewards and saw it and i had 950 gems expire because i didnt know about it. 500 on 1/8/18, 300 on 2/24/18 and 150 on 2/24/18

    Not received reward

    hi I recently redeemed a $10 VISA card using 500 gems on Xbox live rewards. However I did not receive an email to claim this reward.

    My gems are gone and I have the proof of transaction on “my VIP perks and gems statement”

    Tracking your My VIP Gems

    I think Microsoft should add a tracker for your gems like how the rewards points shows what you earned points on and when. Right now I'm only able to see how many gems I earned from My VIP perks and not digital purchases. This would just help users keep
    track of all the gems they are earning and not be left wondering where they got these gems or whether or not they are missing gems they should have.

    The Gem emails are just for your perks/challenges that you need to claim on the MyRewards page, if you haven't already. At the current moment, we do not send out gem emails for general Gem activity like earning gems for your spending.

    MyVIP Exclusives are special offers for select VIPs. When you are selected, you will receive an email for the special offer.
