vip percent not right, vip star upgrade showing nothing!!

I spent time 45 dollars so far towards the 100 need to get a star boost and the line still says 0. Then on my regular percent till next stars say 4 percent. 45 of 300 should be 15 percent not 4.

My VIP February Star ranking

I participated in the February gain an extra VIP star for spending $75 but my ranking did not go up. Along with that I did not get any of the percent back from those purchases.

 

why is my vip going down and my purchases are not showing up for credits

i used to have at least 1 star vip,that is now gone. my purchases are also not showing up. only past surveys.

 

You will want to post this in the Support forum, not the discussion forum as it is not monitored by the staff. Re-post and change the Forum Type to "Support".

Keep in mind that it takes 96 hours for changes to reflect on the website and also that pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscription purchases are not eligible for MyVip.

 

what if the pre order releases before the months over? Also the 45 wasnt from preorders. I did preorder sniper elite shich comes out next week for the last 55+ needed to pass 100 dollars

 

If you pre-order a title, it does not count for MyVip. It does not matter when it releases or how much time is remaining in the month. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions do not qualify for MyVip. So if you pre-ordered Sniper Elite to get
the $55 to pass $100 on MyVip that will not qualify.
