Vip pass not working

I just bought the VIP pass yesterday at the gold discount. I installed it and started the game went to DLC cars and it shows the VIP cars as purchased. And its charging in game money for those cars when they are supposed to be free.

Is anyone else having this problem? Any help would be much appreciated.

GOW season pass vs. VIP pass.

I purchased the season pass at Game Stop and used the redeem code but it won't let me play the VIP game modes. Are the season pass and the VIP pass different and if not why isn't it working?

What doesn't seem to be working exactly? Once you purchase the VIP pass, you'll have the ability to obtain the cars from the shop inside the game. Also, make sure you install the extra DLC through the

Ready to Install section on the console, before playing the game.

No error messages, Xbox one, and yes I'm signed in on my account. I am not having trouble with other in-game content,

It also shows as purchased on my account.

Thanks for the prompt response. You may perform the following solutions that can help resolve your concern regarding Forza Horizon 3:

Solution 1: Check the status of Xbox Live

Visit this
page from time to time for any service alerts.

Solution 2: Clear Persistent Storage

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select ###strong.

Select Disc & Blu-Ray.

In the Blu-Ray section, select Persistent Storage.

Select Clear persistent storage.

Restart your Xbox One console. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 3: Clear MAC Address

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the Guide.

Select Settings.

Select All Settings.

Select Network.

Select Network settings.

Select Advanced settings.

Select Alternate MAC address.

Select Clear.

Select Restart. Access the game again and check if the same instance occurs.

Solution 4: Remove and re-add your Microsoft account on Xbox One
