VIP not changing

    VIP not changing


    I bought Destiny 2 a week after the launch date. It's been over 5 days now and my VIP status hasn't changed. What's going on?

    Trouble Logging into Xbox.com Forums

    I fixed this by simply changing my gamertag. I changed RoG Viper RV to , and then my GameOverViper tag to RoG Viper RV. It fixed it as I'm using what use to be the RoG Viper RV account that had the issues to make this post.

    xbox 1 not changing the channels on vip 722 receiver

    Anyone have any luck with this? I have a ViP 722 DVR and I'm having the same exact problem. In changing the IR to "1" on the remote has left the remote useless, but XBOX still isn't changing the channels.

    We see that your MyVIP progress is accurate. Keep in mind that you are working your way towards MyVIP rank 2, which requires 600 USD in spending, so a purchase of $60 would only be a 10% increase.

    Xbox One achievement problems prevent games from being completed

    @Randver and MyKill - There Rewards program does not award credits for achievements. Prior to September 2014, your VIP status was based off gamerscore and VIP rebates were listed as "MyAchievement" rebates. As of September, the VIP program changed to Star
    levels which is based on how much you spend in the marketplace. So currently you don't earn anything for achievements or gamerscore.

    Prior to September 2014, VIP rebates were based on gamerscore. That would have been a rebate for purchases you made back then. In September 2014, the VIP program was changed to what is now the star levels. There are no credits given for reaching new achievement
    tiers.

    We have reviewed your account and your progress is accurate up to your Dear Esther purchase on the 17th. Please keep in mind that as stated on our FAQ that consumables and pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP:

    What content can I earn a % back on purchases for?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify towards your MyVIP Star Rank and % back on purchases, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes,
    movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, subscriptions like EA Access and Xbox Game Pass, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points
    or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.

    Additionally, MyVIP had a recalibration for the last few years. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in
    September 2015 and December 2016. We did not recalibrate this year (December 2017).
