    Hi,

    I dont seem to have recieved 10% back on my purchases in April. A deposit was made at the end of March (31/03 to be exact) but nothing went in April. I cant tell you off the top of my head what I spent but I know it wasnt insignificant and no 10% came back.

    why was my rank reset?

    my rank was reset when i started up the game last night and normally this wouldnt bother me so much but I spent money on double xp and vip pass......I EITHER NEED MY RANK BACK OR MY MONEY BACK.......OR AN ANSWER ASAP!

    confirm that this issue has been resolved, we will process MyVIP for April and you will see the Credits pending in your account.

    We have determined that there is an issue processing and fully Rewarding some purchases with MyVIP progress, and are working on a hotfix which should be deployed by the end of the month. Due to this issue, we have delayed payback for September purchases
    to the end of the month to ensure that users are not affected by this, and are appropriately Rewarded. Apologies for the confusion. You are correct that under normal conditions, payback for September should have already occurred.
