VIP membership suddenly gone

• What is the exact error message that you are getting?
• Are you accessing Forza Horizon 3 on a Windows 10 computer or an Xbox One console?
• Do you have the physical copy or the digital version of the game?
• Are you signed in to the game using the account that was used to purchase your VIP membership for the game?
• Are you experiencing issues with accessing in-game contents on other games as well?

Same here. The VIP membership and 6 pre-order cars were accepted on XBOX.com, but the VIP membership never turned up on the console, only the 6 pre-order cars.

Please check commerce.microsoft.com to ensure the length of time of the membership you purchased. After that you will need to contact phone support for more assistance as this is a billing issue that only they can deal with.

I´d like to add that also all my apps were gone. Like youtube, twitch, ect... I had to install them all again. Which isn´t normal so obviously something happened there.
