VIP level is incorrect

Discus and support VIP level is incorrect in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; for some reason my VIP rank is showing as level 3 when it should be level 5 as per the amount i spent last year of over 1800... Discussion in 'XBoX Rewards & Social' started by talby71, Jan 5, 2017.

    My Vip rewards level is stuck

    My vip rewards status is stuck on almost level 2.

    Is there something wrong and how far am i from reaching level 2 VIP class.

    VIP level is incorrect

    You'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum in order for support to check your account. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, and preorders do not count towards VIP.
