VIP level before 2017

I am not here to discuss the new VIP system or old system whatever...

I am here to discuss that under your new terms for star rating and that I need at least 300$ purchased from September last year, I checked my account and have over 400$ in purchases but it only shows 181$ on the site.

How do I fix this?

My VIP deadline

Can someone confirm that purchases made on Dec. 30th and 31st will count towards the My VIP level of that current year since it can take 96 hours, meaning into January 2017 to reflect changes in your level?

I lost my VIP status

Somehow i lost my VIP status. I got level 1 or 2 VIP status before new GS ranking was released, now ist Zero again. Please fix it

If you want to receive a response from the staff you will need to re-post your thread but change the "type" drop-down to support. The staff does not monitor the "discussion thread".

Subsequently, while there may be some missed items or tracking issues if you tend to purchase pre-orders, subscriptions, or in-game currency then that may be the reason why you have spent over $400, but only $181 has registered, as those items are not part
of MyVip.
