    Hi there,

    I bought yesterday the VIP access from my Xbox One. The addon wa download and installed successfully, but I have these issues:

    1) In the game the crown do not show up, meaning VIP has not been applied to my profile. I don't get double in the Spins either.

    2) I cannot get the DLC free cars. In fact when I go to Marketplace, they show up as Purchased, and I get msg that I already own the car. But the cars are not available either in Find a car or My cars.....

    I have reset the Xbox One, uninstall and install both, the game and the addon. I spoke with Chat support, they asked me to delete my profile, reset the console, and add again my provide.
    It didn't work either.

    Chat support asked me to post here to get the solution. Thanks in advance for your help.

    Lulz, never seen anyone run a VIP in mp anyway, only VIP car I want is the noble and that's just to cruise around in, other than that, there are atleast 400 better cars, oh and the fancy crown, woohoo.

    Porsche Pak question

    From my understanding the porshe pack has nothing to do with the VIP pack. The VIP pack is just a way to have the collector's edition cars and maybe the crown by your name....possibly the tracks? I'm not sure, I bought the LCE at launch.

    Is it possible to buy the Lamborghini Urus with credits?

    If the car is a VIP pack car and you've purchased the VIP pack - then the car should be zero credits. However, there have been problems with the VIP functionality so this may or may not work for you. I get my VIP wheelspin bonus and I have the VIP crown
    next to my name - but I still have to pay full price (in-game credits) for all the cars I should be able to purchase for zero credits.

    Can you buy the VIP cars in the autoshow? If you go into multiplayer do you have a crown next to your name?

    If yes it worked.

    The crown icon indicates that the player is a VIP (i.e. purchased Limited Collectors Edition).

    The full shield indicates that the player is the leader of a car club.

    The shield with a line through it indicates that the player is a co-captain of a car club.
