    The VIP gems program is ending. The bottom few levels are almost completely picked clean of items to claim. Can those please be restocked or some new items offered. Since I'm being forced to spend my gems before I would have, I would at least like a couple
    of options available.

    I didn't get the gem!

    I spent my money at the Microsoft store in HK.But I didn't get the corresponding VIP gem.

    I was thinking the same thing. How do they not keep their own currency in stock?

    I was hoping to exchange my gems for rewards points so could make a purchase during the spring sale, I guess not though lol.

    I have not had my rewards of $10

    It was a $10 gift card I bought with my vip gems.

    The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. They would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

    We did a series of restocks over the last few months. Since the program is ending in your region, if you wish to spend your Gems in the Vault, you must use them on the current prizes in the Vault before the final transition to Microsoft Rewards.
