Vip Gems Redeemed and got no e-mail

Discus and support Vip Gems Redeemed and got no e-mail in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I redeemed about 500 gems for two things a while ago, and never got any e-mails with the codes to redeem. whats to do here, can you solve this for me...     Vip Gems Redeemed and got no e-mail


    I redeemed about 500 gems for two things a while ago, and never got any e-mails with the codes to redeem. whats to do here, can you solve this for me please?

    Can't redeem Gems!

    Was able to redeem gems with persistent tries but would still like to know about my redeemed my vip gems that don't say deposited.

    We are reaching out to our win fulfillment team on this issue. Have you also checked the junk mail folder for the email address you registered for your vault prizes?
