Vip gems missing n un notified

I got a email (can't find) saying I received 1000 anniversary my VIP rewards gems . "I claimed them" I also seen 1200 my VIP rewards gems that I got for my first purchase and another 1000 I forget what for. I contacted support did a sweepstakes entry while
I waited for a response from a Derick saying it was a rewards issue n a link to for chat well I check my gems and my 1000 I claimed was now 150! I spent over a hour a couple calls on the phone and a couple chats. I was told the department that helps can't
be contacted via phone. Guys I want the gems back and the ones I didn't get to claim please. So not cool I need stuff for my system n want the v.r.

i make a purchase for tomb raider 20 anniversary edition and didnt get any vip gems.

150 gems is the correct number of gems for a 1 year anniversary. The most you can get for an anniversary is 300. (You can see the amounts at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions)

hey thanks but can i get a little help with getting the ones i didnt know about and missed the 1200 and the 1000

Support will check into that and post back, but those sound more like credits and not gems since there are currently no offers that award that many gems. They would be listed on the MyRewards section of the site as either pending or deposited in your statement.
There is an offer to earn 1250 credits for making your first purchase. Your statement would list what the 1,000 was from.
