VIP Gems have been pending for over a month.

Hey there,

at the beginning of February I noticed that I still had some rewards to claim that would give me VIP Gems. A total of 1050 Gems that is (challenges, birthday, rank ups). Since then they have not been rewarded, they are still in a "pending" state.

Same goes for my other reward points. The ones that get added to your account balance on every 15th or 30th if you have more than 1000 points. I have accumulated about 24k points, also thanks to some VIP Gems that I traded for it. The balance is unchanged,
still waiting on them.

I mean I get that maybe bigger transactions take more time, so that an employee checks if everything is alright, but this really takes too long. The rewards site itself states that it may take up to five days for something to be filled in completely. I've
been waiting over a month while small amounts have been dealt with, just not the big ones I'm talking about.

I would really like this to be looked at, looking forward to a solution.

Reward points

If the credits are your VIP rebates, they've actually only been pending since the 17th, they are just listed with the last date of the month they were for. If you have over 5,000 credits pending, they would already be scheduled for a deposit.

 

Rewards pending for nearly a month

If those are your VIP rebate credits, they've actually only been pending since October 17 (rebates are just shown with the last date of the month they are for). They should be deposited in the next few days as long as you have over 5,000 pending.

Regarding those vault Credits and their pending state, as mentioned in the FAQ, since you claimed those on the first, they would not be deposited until the end of month deposit:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?



If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.



Also, as stated in this FAQ entry, we only schedule a deposit at 5000 or more points, not 1000. As mentioned, you will have to request one yourself if your are between 1000-5000 Rewards Credits. Since you did not request one, you were only scheduled for
a deposit when you claimed Rewards Credits from the vault on March 1st, and they were placed as pending on that date.
