    VIP gems giftcards


    Hi. I redeemed a $10 gift card and a $5 dollar giftcard with my VIP Gems a day before the VIP gems system was gone. This was back in June when I placed the order. I did receive two emails on June 14 with my codes saying my reward was here and to redeem it.
    When I did this, it says "reward token has already been claimed". For BOTH codes. It's been almost a month and I still don't know what the heck happened to my codes. I guess I hadn't reached out because there's no way to prove that I really haven't redeemed
    them. Microsoft will just say I lied. Can someone look into this for me? Please.

    The credits should show as pending on the MyRewards section of the Rewards site. They would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.
