Discus and support VIP challenge from November just now shows up as "expired". Did I have to manually claim it? in XBoX Rewards & Social to solve the problem; I remember having to click to claim my other ones, which all say "claimed" next to them and were the only visible ones I can recall ever seeing but...     VIP challenge from November just now shows up as "expired". Did I have to manually claim it?


    I remember having to click to claim my other ones, which all say "claimed" next to them and were the only visible ones I can recall ever seeing but this particular one says "EXPIRED" in red letters. It was never there since the VIP rewards program started
    nor last time I checked about 4 days ago but was there today. Did it auto-deposit or was I expected to manually collect it to be counted?

    I purchased a one-year Jigsaw Premium subscription on November 19, 2015. On December 16, 2015 the game said my subscription expired. After almost an HOUR in chat with assorted Microsoft reps, they credited me back my ten bucks, and I purchased it again on
    December 17. Today it shows as expired AGAIN. This is ridiculous.

    The first time it happened was right after I did the Windows 10 update - but now I think that was just a coincidence.

    Checked today and the status for that same challenge was changed from "expired" to one for me to collect, so problem solved. Maybe it needed a cycle change, or if it was some sort of staff intervention- thank you

    Xbox game pass refund

    Hi, I subscribed to the Game Pass on September 5th, after it expired on October 5th, it did not auto renew until November 3rd. My billing history shows it was billed on October 5th, but my subscription expires on November 26th. When I check my order history on my Microsoft account page, it shows October 5th as well, but when I print the invoice, it shows the date as November 3rd. I did not see any option to request a refund either, not sure why is it like that but can you explain it to me? Thanks.

    I still haven't received my code for Discord Nitro and EA Access and we're approaching almost a month now.

    From what I can tell is that you have to claim it via the Xbox Dashboard, I did not see anything on the PC but when I boot up the console it shows a new Tile that says Claim Now and it has Web Address and QR codes that you can scan to claim the offer
