VIP 3 STAR NOT IN MY ACCOUNT FOR END OF MARCH

Hi , I haven't received my VIP 3 STAR reward for the end of March. It is not on my statement. Please help.

need help badly

i have been an Xbox live gold member for last 8 years and a rewards member since the day i was invited at inception I participated in the upgrade your vip mission in February

When i started the mission iwas a 2 star hip and 2% towards my next star i. Then bought blue dragon,dragon age origins,Deadpool xb1,dragon ball xenoverse 2,discs of Tron,mutant blobs attack,blood Rayne betrayal,earthworm jim 2,ultimate marvel vs capcom 3
pre order,star wars battlefront season pass,and 12 months of ea access, around the 26th the website said my vip stars were under construction.....

On March 7th I was a 2 star vip with 15% towards my next star i did not get upgraded to 3 stars... But now today I have absolutely no his tory and my membership date is 3 question marks... Please help me!!!

My VIP stars

I pre-ordered a game in March (Mass Effect: Andromeda) Even received the points for the pre-order, but I do not have a MY VIP star. I have ordered a couple of games, and paid for them for download. I have read the FAQ's, and by all accounts I should at least
be close to if not already have a Star for VIP status.

Can someone help me out, and advise me what I may need to do more of.

VIP rebates are calculated after the end of the month and given by the 15th of the next month. So it's still too early to see credits pending for March purchases.

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit
terms. Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the
MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

We have not yet calculated last month's MyVIP, so it is too early to see the Credits pending.

In order to receive credits for purchases, they either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Hello MenTaL9R,

You are looking at your VIP progress. The email you received was for an additional VIP star offer, and if you go to your MyRewards page, you will see a separate tracker for that offer. As it says on the FAQ and on that tracker, you will not receive your
additional star until March.
