    I've contacted (called/chat) billing support several times, but despite being guaranteed that the issue is resolved, my trouble remains. Maybe making it public will help?

    Every time i receive an email from "*** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***" (e.g. - after making a purchase) it is sent "to:" my correct email address, but there is also a "CC:" to an incorrect email address twice. This CC'd email I do not own/have access to.

    Here is an example of what the issue looks like (i've had a really hard time explaining it)

    From: *** Die E-Mail-Adresse wurde aus Datenschutzgründen entfernt. ***

    To: [correct email]

    CC: [incorrect email]

    [incorrect email again]

    Full name + card info + purchase amounts + etc = privacy violation?

    Help.

    Hi.

    Tried the same, and received the same response. However, "I'm who I am" worked. Not exact, but gets around the issue.

    Can you check to see if that second email that you're saying is an incorrect email is showing under "Security info helps keep your account secure" to also receive alerts. :

    account.live.com/.../Manage

    I can confirm that the incorrect email is nowhere on my profile/settings. via web or xbox

    support has confirmed that as well, but my information is still sent out to this incorrect address.

    As far as I know, this is the only time it has happened between us. It was on both my side and his. I dont know if anyone else has had trouble with similar things.
