    Viki Global TV App Issues


    For the last two days, I have tried to use my Viki Global TV app on my Xbox 360. The first day I downloaded the app it was working perfectly fine, but when I went to use it the next day I received this message "Sorry, the Viki server isn’t
    available right now. Please select the retry button below or try again later. For more information, go to www.xbox.com/status.    " Which I have continued to keep getting... When I went to xbox.com for more information, it said that Viki was up and
    running. I tried the troubleshooting procedures listed (deleting and then reinstalling the app). I still however, receive the same message. I would appreciate it if someone were able to look into this matter for me. Thank you for your time.

    Viki service problem

    i have a problem with viki app, when i strat up the app a error message apear that says that the viki service is not available, i delete and reinstall the app but still no working
