    Hello, I'm having trouble with the Viki app. I'ts a message saying "sorry, the Viki server isn't avaliable right now", I tried all the clues that the support mentioned but the problem persists. Please help me guys I just want to watch some series Viki Error :(

    Viki service problem

    i have a problem with viki app, when i strat up the app a error message apear that says that the viki service is not available, i delete and reinstall the app but still no working

    I got this message when I tried to play viki on my Xbox 360 apps. I deleted the app reinstalled it but it is still not working, no image shows up and videos cannot be played, anyone that can help me please?

    You need to contact the Rakuten Viki support for information about the Viki App and the server error.
