    Yea Xbox 360 support staff, the Viki keeps saying that the server is down and try again later, which I have done several times but to no avail.I even tried reinstalling it.Require help.Thanks.

    Viki app on Xbox One

    I would like to request that you add the Viki app on Xbox One. It is available on the Xbox360 but not on the One. What is the reason it is not on the One? Can you work with the app creator to have it on the X1?

    i have a problem with viki app, when i strat up the app a error message apear that says that the viki service is not available, i delete and reinstall the app but still no working

    You need to contact the Rakuten Viki support for information about the Viki App and the server error.
