    Hello there,

    So a few days ago I redeemed an xbox gamepass ultimate perk which was a code for the game Vigor. Specifically the “Outlander Bundle”, so i redeemed my code but never received anything, i checked on reddit and forums and others have been having this same
    issue but no solution.

    I was looking for a way to contact Xbox Support but it seems they aren’t really in the talking to the community business so im shooting my shot here with other community members.

    Right, it's the Xbox One interface, but except a real problem on the GPU of your console, don't see from where the problem come. I play Vigor since the bêta release, and never see this bug !?! (see many others :) but not this one)

    Like many ambassadors says here, contact Bohemia on their forum.... and because i've done it (many times), keep your screenshot and contact @vigorthegame (official vigor account) on Twitter.

    Beyond Good and Evil HD (360) freezes when character talks

    This appears to be an issue related to this game bundle.

    It's the one that comes with Outlander and From Dust as well, correct?

    You should be able to install all disc games to your console, but for some reason, this bundle does not offer that option.

    If the disc is faulty or the disc reader is having issues, the game will have slow downs.

    Hello Bayden,

    In my opinion, Ultimate would not be worth it at all for the Xbox 360. The whole purpose of ultimate is to bundle together Xbox live gold, Xbox gamepass and Xbox gamepass for PC.

    Gamepass and Gamepass for PC would not work on 360, so you would only be getting Xbox live gold.

    There is a difference between Gamepass ultimate and regular Gamepass.

    With regular Gamepass you can only access Play anywhere titles. The link with more details is here

    With GamePass Ultimate you get Xbox Live Gold, GamePass for Console and PC all in one bundle.
    Which game can I download with 14 days trial game code? Do you have a list ?

    Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Live Gold subscriptions

    Hello NikMcNik,

    GamePass Ultimate is the bundle itself of Gamepass and Live Gold, but it won't list that you have gold in your Xbox, if that is your question.

    So it makes sense that your Live Gold is deactivated, cause you right now have enabled Gamepass Ultimate.

    So :

    Gamepass Ultimate ( Is like a bundle of Gamepass and Live Gold)

    Xbox Live Gold

    Gamepass

    Will be shown as different subscriptions, cause these are technically different subscriptions, albeit Ultimate giving you both advantadges.
