Discus and support Viewing streaming video when looking to purchase a game used to be a thing, no? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It used to be that when you looked at a game in the store there was an option to view someone streaming that game, at least certain games for sure...     Viewing streaming video when looking to purchase a game used to be a thing, no?


    It used to be that when you looked at a game in the store there was an option to view someone streaming that game, at least certain games for sure (sunset overdrive comes to mind), is that gone? I can't find it and it was a cool feature

    Dashboard videos constantly buffer

    A lot of the video streaming Apps such as Netflix, Hulu, Vudu, Amazon, etc pre-load the video content to a significant amount ahead of your current viewing timeline and will keep doing this as you view the content and/or are paused.



    It's likely that the Xbox Video service for dashboard videos and trailers isn't quite as advanced and experiences hiccups in buffering which is especially dependent on your current available bandwidth.



    Certain Xbox Videos will allow you to fully download a trailer or other video to your Xbox 360 rather than simply streaming it. This might be a solution for you. Otherwise, perhaps stick to places like Youtube for viewing game trailers et al.

    How do I install a game to my hard drive from disc?

    When I press X, it brings me to a screen that look like I would be viewing from the marketplace. It shows the game details, extras, and things to purchase but no install option.

    Yes its still there. Just checked on Rise of the Tomb raider. (Just make sure you are on the actual game and not a bundle or something). On the store page of the game, scroll down and there is a "Broadcasts" section with different people streaming the game

    Yes its still there. Just checked on Rise of the Tomb raider. (Just make sure you are on the actual game and not a bundle or something). On the store page of the game, scroll down and there is a "Broadcasts" section with different people streaming the game

    Region Error when trying to stream movies on Xbox video

    Hi parks,

    All my video purchases(Streamed) from xbox video do not work. This is happening in the following devices:

    - Surface RT Tablet ( Not able to view the streamed videos nor able to purchase any movies & Tv series )

    - A Desktop ( Not able to view streamed videos nor able to purchase any movies & Tv series )

    - Xbox Console.( Able to view but cannot purchase any movies & Tv series )

    - Xbox Website ( Not able to purchase any videos. It does show that my xbox live is not in the same region that I am at). I am very sure that the root of the problem is my xbox live account based on the region that I am at.

    I am able to view the movies that I have downloaded to my desktop. I cannot download anything to my Surface RT as the tablet is very much limited in space.

    The error that I am getting from my surface RT , desktop and xbox live ( only purchase) is 0XC101A3EE :" Sorry you are not able to stream a music or video when you are not in the region for your profile."

    I have also tried to change my xbox region from the xbox website ( My Account -> Change Xbox account region -> Select Canada) and the error showed the following :

    "There’s a problem completing your move right now. Please check the Region Change Support Page to make sure it will work for you, and try again later. "

    I don't know whether this would help or not, but I will provide my ISP.

    When you go to look at the router you check what it is designed for, there are routers for general use, gaming, video streaming, etc. It will not be cheap. It will not be too expensive either.

    I'm unable to stream video from my PC to the Xbox One. I purchased 3 Xbox 360's and could stream video from my PC to all of them. Now my PC can't even see the Xbox One on the network and the Xbox One Video player doesn't see the PC. For a machine that
    is supposed to be a multimedia powerhouse and be the "One" box to connect to your TV, this is a huge oversight and disappointment.

    Anyone know how to get this to work? I want to view shared videos and images over the network and view them on the Xbox One.
