    my xbox froze and when I restarted it it is no longer sending a signal to the television. I have changed HD ports and tried a new HD lead but still nothing happens

    Issues viewing games in store

    Hi blackknightt324,

    If you are still seeing this happen let's go ahead and try a cold boot of the console and your router/modem as well by unplugging both devices for a full 5 minutes then check again if the store shows this.

    Also, do you see this behavior when checking the store pages on xbox.com as well?

    Issues viewing games in store

    wondering if anyone can help me. I got my son an Xbox one two weeks ago and had no issues, today he tried searching a new game but everytime we go into the App Store and click on a game it doesn't come up, it's just a blank screen, it still has the bar at
    the top that says more games and has the search icon but the rest of the screen is black, this happens With every game we click on, it won't show the preview of any game so that we can download it. Any ideas?

    Hello again,correct, but would images or messages be that you try to see on your PC, and where this is stored, would it be on your Xbox, on some external disk?

    Are you accessing this locally or through an internal network?

    Hi, I'm not quite sure what you're asking, but here are some possible answers:

    -You can switch between the snapped and fill app by saying "Xbox Switch" or double-tapping the Nexus/Xbox button

    -You can't mute Live TV when snapped right now

    -You can snap TV to a game, but you can't snap a game to TV
