View User Generated content setting

Discus and support View User Generated content setting in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; How do I enable viewing user generated content.     View User Generated content setting


    How do I enable viewing user generated content. I am trying to go to the Marketplace in NHL15 Ultimate Edition and when I click on the link in the NHL15 dashboard, I get an error message,

    "You cannot view user generated content because of how your account is set up. You can change in your privacy and online safety settings"

    I've tried changing a number of settings (changed from "Block" to "Friends", not "Anyone") that look like they might apply, but nothing seems to work. Can anyone point me in the right direction? My son is driving me crazy about it....

    I updated through my console, not the link. I tried clearing my cache but it's still not working.

    Try setting in your family/online safety settings to adult!, this might resolve your issue.

    Customize the setting and look for You can share content, and unblock that one.
