View reviews in other languages in XBox Store

I would like to change the Store settings, so that I am able to see the reviews about a product written at a global scope in english and german languages. As far as I can tell, I can only see reviews coming from germany. This is obviously not how a review system should work. How can I change this behavior? I can not find the corresponding settings. Thanks!

This does only change the language of the user interface. It does not affect the selection of reviews, that I am able to see.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change the language in which the reviews are written, as this is according to the region of the console. You would need to change your console region to see reviews in other languages, but that would change everything on the Xbox store from your language to the currency in which you buy games or pay subscriptions.
