View a list of all the owned addons

Hi,

As owner of FFXV, I received today the code for unlocking the Regalia in FH3, but when redeeming the code I most likely had a connection issue, and now when I try to redeem again my code, the system says that it has already been used.

My question is, how can someone who doesn't own a specific game (Forza Horizon 3 in this case) see the list of the owned DLCs? I'd like to be sure it has been added to my account, as I might want to play it one day (and don't want to go
through this again in future).

It doesn't even appear on the My Games section from the Xbox website, that also lists DLCs for games like Halo Wars 2 and Titanfall 2 (of which, again, I don't own the main game).

call of duty ghosts redeemed content not working on xbox one

G'day RANDALL! Unfortunately that link isn't working for me, but let's figure this out.

Did you earn that content on both consoles? If so, have you installed it to your Xbox One console yet?

Let's take a look at the game's addons.

In your Games and Apps list, find and highlight Call of Duty: Ghosts.

Press the Menu button to bring up the game's menu and view all addons.

The content should appear there if you have access to it on Xbox One.

Let us know what you find!

List of all owned games on the Xbox store

I don't believe there is just one list for all content.

You can view your 360 purchases on your download history - https://live.xbox.com/download/history (Also
available via 360 console)

For Xbox One and PC purchases, go to the Windows Store and click your account at the top of the app, then go to My Library. You can find your PC games and Xbox One games there.

Hello. I don't Have the FFXV game but maybe... just maybe before launch the game do select, press start and then "manage game". Could it be there on the "ready to install" list?

The other option is to check the messages in the in-game inbox on FH3 like some other car prizes I have got.

Please let us know.

Unfortunately, as this is a FH3 addon, it doesn't show up when looking for FFXV's DLC ready to install list (nor is currently installed on the only system I ever used).

I also forgot to mention that:

1. I don't see any Forza Horizon 3 tile on the list of the ready to install games (but I don't see Titanfall 2 either, although I own a DLC --- but not the main game)

2. I used the redeem function from my Xbox One, by clicking the button at the end of the Private Conversation received from Xbox Live (surely not useful, but hey, the more information I include the better)

As you wrote, another option (which is by the way also the best one) would be just checking FH3, but I don't currently own it, nor I don't even see a demo version of the game I could try to install :S

Yeah, I've never played with any of the Forza titles and I'm currently thinking if I should get FH3 now or wait for a new Forza to be released, clearing something from my huge pile of toPlay/toBuy games first. So many games, so little time

In the meanwhile, I also contacted the Xbox Support on Twitter, but I think that they somehow misunderstood me and flagged my problem as solved. I didn't get an answer in the last 2 days from them, but as these kind of things can take time (I talk from experience),
I suppose that I'll give them some more days...

Maybe its considered solved because you are asking support for a game you don't own. And FH3 is a different game that FMotorsport7 two different curves but Racing games in the end. I like to thik of FH3 like a touring and fun game and Motorsports are more
competitive and Racing simulation. You can watch some ingame videos anywhere now then you can make up your mind.

So, time has passed and I finally decided to call the phone support (I didn't before because the last time I called it took months to solve my issue, and right now the less problem I have to think the better).

...anyway (^-^U),

The operator solved this issue pretty quickly, verifying that the DLC was already added to my account and that the reason why it doesn't show up is, as Drakken said, 'cause some games "install" any extra content the moment the game has been launched.

I still find this pretty confusing anyway, as not even the website Sign in to your Microsoft account lists the content I'm talking about as tied to my account, and having to contact the
support to actually see if the code has been redeemed successfully seems a little intricate...

(I started this whole investigation because happens from time to time that a redeemable code, like one for MS Credit or Xbox Live Gold, doesn't work properly but at least in those cases you can say immediately that something didn't work properly, while in
this one things were a little more complex ^-^U )
