Videos won't play

    None of my purchased content will play and hasn't for over a week.

    Xbox music not working

    Just tried again and it will play videos but it won't play songs without videos

    TV catchup apps won't play videos.

    Update on this - I tried installing 5onDemand and this app won't even load.

    This is a brand new Xbox One, out of the box, and the functionality is useless for an entertainment console.

    What are my options? Anyone have ANY idea?

    Update: It's not just my Game DVR videos; the app won't play any videos on activity feeds either. (I hadn't tested it before.)

    DVD Playback issues

    @Endgamez....

    If it's a DVD in Video File formats, you would use Video Player..

    But, if you convert the Video Files into DVD Encoded Files, Video Player won't recognise the disc & you need to play it from the Dashboard as a DVD...

    Mediaplayer and VLC Video playback issues

    When i first connected it to the xbox I set it to media only. It plays other videos fine but there are some that won't play from the external drive when it's connected to the xbox. If I connect it to my PC the videos play fine. Also when I copy the
    video to a smaller flash drive it plays.
