Dashboard videos not working

Ive had this problem myself. All the dashboard linked game trailer, always buffer every 5-10 seconds. Its very annoying when you can't stream/watch any of the dashboard trailers.

But all other apps can stream HD content no problem like HDTV shows on Xbox Video & Music.

At first I assumed its was because of having a 7mbit connection. But since you are saying that its happening on your 30mbps connection, this issue shouldn't come up.

Perhaps you have other downloads/uploads on other devices happening on your home internet connection or perhaps you have a bad QoS setup in your router.

Sorry to hear you are having issues with dashboard videos. I just want to clarify real quick, are these advertisements on the dashboard, or game previews? Do you have issues with both?

Some things you can also try is simplifying the network setup so only the console is connected, or try connecting directly to the modem. By testing that we may be able to determine if it is a wireless issue or not. I am not sure why you are only experiencing
issues with the dashboard videos and not app videos, but this does sound like some sort of connectivity issue.

Sorry to hear about the Microsoft Bingo troubles. Often times when the videos aren't loading your internet connection is having issues. How do you have your PC connected to the internet?

I'd try some basics first.

Power cycle the Xbox - power cycle the Xbox by unplugging the Xbox from the wall outlet and let it sit for about 5 minutes.

Re-seat the HDMI cable on the back of the Xbox and make sure it's in the HDMI OUT port. And re-seat the other end into the TV or try another port on the TV

After that 5 minutes, plug the Xbox back into a wall outlet and try again.

If that fails, the next easiest thing would be to try another HDMI cable from the Xbox to the TV.

If that fails, there's a tricky process to try and reset the video resolution on the Xbox.

If there's a disc in the Xbox One console, eject it.
On the console, press and hold the Xbox button for five seconds to turn off the console.
Press and hold the Xbox button and the Eject button until you hear a beep to turn on the console. You will hear one beep right away and a second beep 10 seconds later. The power light will flash on before the second beep. DO NOT LET GO until
the second beep occurs.
Note This will boot your console in low resolution mode (640 × 480). To reset this setting, go to
System > Settings in the guide, select Display & sounds, Video options, and then
TV Resolution.

I would try unplugging the cords from both your Xbox and TV, you can use a can of compressed air to blow it out, or just blow in the ends with your mouth, then plug them back in. If that doesn't work, do you have a friend who has an Xbox you can borrow?
If you do try his cords on your TV with your Xbox, to see if it's your cords causing the problem. If it's still responding the same way, try your cords and his Xbox.

Do a factory reset you will have to download everything again but all ur saves is on the cloud if ur console is connected to internet. corrupted file on the system.
