    Hello,

    I was using until now skype to chat with my parents on a TV with the xbox one and kinect. Perfect solution.

    Now the skype app on xbox one does not work anymore. It is a pity as the kinect camera and mic were good. Any alternatives? it would be great maybe to have a Teams app on xbox one. Microsoft?

    I regret to say I do not have an Xbox One Kinect. But, this maybe a situation where the Kinect itself needs to be updated, see Update your Kinect sensor at "Your
    Xbox One Kinect Sensor won’t turn on    ". Also, you can find more information at "Troubleshoot issues with the Xbox One Kinect Sensor" and "Kinect
    sensor isn't recognized by your Xbox One S or original Xbox One console    ". Let us know if this helps.

    If you didnt know kinect games for xbox one do exist on the xbox one if you can find them

    Also you can use the voice and gesture command on xbox one using the kinect

    I use rivals ,kinect fit etc
