    When I go to watch a video no matter the app YouTube, Netflix, etc. My screen either starts normal then after a couple seconds just freezes and skips between the same 2 or 3 frames over and over, or when I start the video the screen is just green. In both
    scenarios audio continues.

    Ok, this is a tough one, I'll try to add some good content here:

    in brief: Errors when trying to stream or download content from the Xbox video area of the video App on Windows 8.

    Download error: "Some things didn't download 0x80070035"

    Streaming Error: "Can't Play 0xc00d11cd"

    I've had this on 2 separate machines. Other video streaming works fine.

    Historically it's always been buggy. I mean, it'll play for 0 seconds to sometimes a full movie. usually though it errors out within a few seconds.

    I've tried several bouts of debugging with various area of support through microsoft and xbox. At this point it seems like that the sound is playing, but the video is black. But I'm sure the symptoms will change with the wind.

    Is anyone else out there experiencing these issues?

    BTW, I have the music pass and downloading / streaming music works just fine.

    You cannot stream video playback from copyrighted sources, which means everything on TV and streaming services. The error is not able to be bypassed, it is specifically blocked

    Microsoft Edge Crashing Regularly

    This seems to happen when streaming video most of the time, and randomly at other times. I can't really dignify if it's sold on video streaming or not, considering that's pretty much the only time it's used on my console. No error messages, just crashes
    and returns to the home screen with Edge on the main screen having to be restarted.
    Same with me only crashes when streaming videos.

    I get the same error on my new Surface Pro, but only when trying to stream or download videos... music works.
