Video Previews are in French. Need English

This is for Xbox Video on Windows 8.1. I have the same issue over a couple different user accounts over a couple different devices. All video previews are playing in French. I desire they be in English. Looking for help on what setting in Windows will
change this.

on my console its half french and english even if account is set to canada english , movie previews ,game description are all french its very anoying. the only place where its english its here exept if i want to make a change in my profile it turns french
.i tryed to change region from french canada to english canada and a error message appears saying and error accord please try again later . its getting on my nerves.

 

XBox Movie is in French despite location settings Canada/English

Something is going on with my XBOX after latest software update. Even my default location is set as Canada/English some movies previews are in French. I just purchased a new Spider Man and the movie itself is in french and there is no option to change the
language even the preview was in English.

 

There's no setting on your PC to fix this. Both English and French previews are published for Canada, but the app will choose one or the other randomly. It's a known issue.

 

It is beyond random. Myself and the kids have probably watched a dozen previews and they were all in French and that is on 3 different devices. When will this be fixed?

If I set my region to US, will I only get English?

 

I wouldn't change your region, as it affects being able to actually view/purchase content since it wouldn't match your physical location. There's no ETA on when this will be fixed.

 

We just got the same issue appear on our Xbox 360 video app since the latest update.. all previews are in French even on movies that you can only rent in English!! Very weird and annoying. Hope a fix will be up soon.

 

This is happening on Xbox One for me too. You should really fix this issue; it's annoying.

 

This issue should've been fixed, can you try again to see if it still happens?

 

It's still happening on some as of July 1. Noticed on older titles listed in the new releases section of Xbox Video.

 

Can you provide a list of the titles? Is your account set to English - Canada or French - Canada?

 

This is still happening when Canada(English) is selected as a region. As of July 24, 2014 previews are still in French and often the rented movies themselves are in French. I followed the rules and checked my Xbox console as well as my Xbox.com account.
Both are set to Canada(English). Why is this automated? Why is there no option to select whatever language you want at the moment. If you can't do that at least fix the issue. How many developers does to take to fix something that simple over a year??
