    Just got my Xbox one x back today after supposedly getting fixed. Has same issue I sent it in for. The t.v. screen will go blank. You can still hear everything going on. It just keeps cutting image out. I've tried 2 separate televisions. When it first happened
    it was just a quick lose of picture now it's consistent. I have video of it but don't know how to upload it. I'm very disappointed with this issue. Starting to regret upgrading consule. Is anyone having this issue? If so what was the fix?

    Try some other games and see if it happens. If it does maybe your console is the problem. If no problems with other games I would return the games and get new ones. Would be strange to have gotten two new defective games but it could happen.

    I tried it on our other tv and it happens there too, and now I'm getting white lines flashing across the login screen and home menu.

    i agree with sM4llziE: just unplug your wires ( power and A/V), then wait 30min. to an hour then plug it back in, if it still consist, consult MICROSOFT

    Is your Xbox in a compact space, it may have overheated.

    Turn the console off for about 30 minutes, unplug all the wires and leave it in an open space, then power it back on to see if the console responds.

    the issue is cannot see my screen at all on my monitor, is there a way i can do it without a screen. I’ve tried that before.
