    Video issues xbox 1S only works in low resolution


    my xbox 1 s is stuck at low resolution 640×480 Every time I try to change it the screen goes blank and it just changes back It all started when I switched from my TV to a computer monitor the screen was just blank and I had to go in the low resolution
    mode I've read all the past chat and tried everything Nothing works Does anyone have any idea what is wrong?

    Hi BirdSwag.

    Techinical problems might have a lot of reasons to happen. In this case I would recommend trying to use the provided HDMI cable to connect your Xbox to your TV. Have you considered changing the HDMI Input that you're using?

    I would try contacting support if you can provide pictures or a video of it so they can see it and understand whats happening a little better

    i have the same problem as this person and i have orignial hdmi cord and it didnt work and i tryed diffrent tv didnt work and different hdmi didnt work
