    Video Issue


    Okay, so about 3 days ago my brother says get the xbox you should switch over. I have a Xbox One just never used it before, so i turn it on and plug in my monitor and on my monitor screen it says Input Signal out of range 120hz. I’m confused bc this thing hasn’t been touched and i can’t use because it is on a setting for 120hz anyway i can fix that at home?

    I tried it on our other tv and it happens there too, and now I'm getting white lines flashing across the login screen and home menu.

    i agree with sM4llziE: just unplug your wires ( power and A/V), then wait 30min. to an hour then plug it back in, if it still consist, consult MICROSOFT

    Is your Xbox in a compact space, it may have overheated.

    Turn the console off for about 30 minutes, unplug all the wires and leave it in an open space, then power it back on to see if the console responds.

    the issue is cannot see my screen at all on my monitor, is there a way i can do it without a screen. I’ve tried that before.
